Welcome to Bible Encounter Trust

Our aim is to bring the Bible to life in a dynamic and relevant way for both children and adults. The main focus of the Trust is our work in primary schools, where each term our storytellers deliver assemblies and lessons - all of which have their roots in the teaching and message of the Bible. Alongside the day-to-day visits to schools, the Trust, in partnership with local churches, also presents “Story Trails”; Easter, Christmas and ‘The Fisherman’s Tale’ – an account of Jesus’ life as seen through the eyes of the disciple, Peter. These Trails enable children (and adults) to experience the biblical accounts in a wonderfully atmospheric setting that allows those taking part to enter into the world of the story.

Currently the Trust mainly operates in the Greater Manchester area, and each week has contact with around 2000 pupils.

The Trust is a registered charity (1179838) and is funded primarily by donations from individuals and churches.
